Born in Malaysia, Sam Yau arrived in New Zealand
in 1985, he was studying in Wellington for his 7th Form.
Then he moved to Christchurch in 1986 to continue
with his tertiary education at University of Canterbury.
After graduating as Bachelor of Commerce. Sam
is always actively involved in community activities
and the Chairperson in New Zealand Multi Ethnic
Business Council. Sam has helped a lot of people
especially new immigrants, he also a Justice of Peace.
